Harvest Concert

7.30pm in St Wilfrid’s

There will be a concert in St Wilfrid’s Church by the ‘York Rose Singers’. This is the first time they have visited Monk Fryston and it promises to be an excellent evenings entertainment. For further details on the choir please visit www.yorkrosesingers.org.uk   Entrance to the concert is free and there will be a retiring collection for the work of St Wilfrid’s Church.

The soloist for the evening will be the nationally recognised Heather Watts
who spent several years as a member of
the cast of ‘Phantom of the Opera’ in the West End.

ORGAN RECITAL
by Simon Noble (Leeds College of Music)

St Wilfrid’s Church

Sunday 16th October at 2.30pm

On the afternoon of 16th October there will be an ‘organ recital’ by the well known and inspirational organist Simon Noble (Leeds College of Music). Simon will play a mix of military marches, classical pieces, music from the musicals, and also various variety and novelty items.

Do come along and enjoy an afternoon of delightful music
with light refreshments served at the interval.
